Champions League: Copenhagen, PSV & Napoli Advance With Last-Match Drama; Man. United Eliminated
Two spots left! The UEFA Champions League Group Stage saw three matches turn the fates of the Knockout Stage with narrow getaways by teams on the bubble — Copenhagen, PSV, and Napoli. All three needed a win or some form of help to advance. And the results of those games, with a Manchester United loss to Bayern (1-0), left the Reds on the outside looking in. Tuesday was quite a show, but five teams still have a shot at the final two bids in today’s matches.
Matchday 6 Highlights
Real Madrid def. Union Berlin (3-2)
Copenhagen def. Galatasaray (1-0)
Benfica def. RB Salzburg (3-1)
Inter draw Real Sociedad (0-0)
Final Group Matches: Teams to Watch
