Good Morning!
It’s a quick one to wrap up Week 14 in the NFL. The Bengals got a gift from the Cowboys in the form of a punt-block blunder on Monday Night Football, and the playoff chase heats up with one month to play. Plus, NCAA polls and the four Heisman finalists are in.

The Playoff Chase Continues
Cowboys Collapse on Punt-Block Blunder, Burrow & Bengals Pounce (27-20) in MNF Must-Win
I can’t believe I’m about to type this: the Cincinnati Bengals aren’t out yet. A wild one took place on Monday Night Football in Dallas with three — count ‘em, three! — variations of the MNF broadcast on ESPN. That tells you how few other sports were on display Monday night. That’s three channels of ‘Who Dey’ chants ringing through Dallas. The Cowboys and Bengals, both in dire straights with playoff hopes hanging in the balance, were knotted at 20-all with two minutes to play…
The Punt-Block Blunder: The Cowboys blocked a Bengals’ punt, but Dallas’ special teams unknown, Amani Oruwariye, attempted to field it. He muffed it, and Cincy recovered. Two plays later, Joe Burrow hit Ja’Marr Chase for a 40-yard game-winner. Ball game, Bengals.
Chase, Chase & Chasin’ the Playoffs: Burrow was spectacular again (369 yards, 3 TDs, 1 INT), but Cincinnati’s playmaking duo of Ja’Marr Chase and Chase Brown went off in primetime. The receiver and running back combined for 35 touches, 314 yards and 3 TDs. The Bengals (5-8) are still not mathematically eliminated from the AFC postseason bracket. They were just 1-7 in one-score games this season before last night’s clutch save. Finally, a break for Cincinnati.
